Trail Running “Cava Green Valley” 2022
Athlemixx: official sponsor in a great day of sport with Asd Polisportiva San Tommaso D’Aquino in Cava de ‘Tirreni in the heart of two paths of different lengths.
And it is from the millenary Benedictine Abbey of the Holy Trinity, in the village of Cava Corpo, that the famous path of the Alta Via dei Lattari starts, marking the beginning of the “Green Valley”.
And on April 24, after the great pause of the pandemic, the competitive race took place between the “Capitan Carmine” route of 21km with 1250mt of difference in height and the “Green Valley” route of 10km and 610mt of difference in height: a sporting paragraph of life and sport resulting from a multi-faceted choice!
